What sizes do your products come in?
We offer a wide range of sizes to fit all body types — from small to plus sizes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit for your style and comfort. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to include international orders soon — stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use that link to track your package in real time and see estimated delivery dates. Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder or contact us directly.
What is your return policy?
Because all Dink Doll Swag products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll send a free replacement.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry if that happens! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us right away at support@dinkdollswag.com with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Do you offer personalized or custom items?
We don’t currently offer personalized or custom items—but it’s something we’re exploring for the future. Be sure to join our email list or follow us on social to stay updated when customization becomes available!
